Cities Skylines: Fairview Shores EP17 – Expanding High Density Residential

Spread the love

The next episode of Fairview Shores is here!  Be sure to watch the video, give it a like, and subscribe to my channel to follow along.

Where we’re at now:

Above:  The city’s current status.  We grew by a thousand or so cims, but I think we also may have undergone a small death wave.  I anticipate the population growing substantially in the next few episodes.

Below:  Traffic status.  Flow is steady from the last episode, though we are starting to have an issue with traffic getting off at the first exit in downtown Fairview.

Above:  Public transportation continues to be popular.  We did not make any substantial changes to the system this episode.

Below:  A close up view of the New Texas metro line, which saves 100% of car trips.  All of the metro lines are very efficient in terms of saving car trips.

Above: The main build for this episode, a new high density residential district.  We need a name for this area, so let me know if you have a suggestion!

Below:  We also added a few blocks of residential to the Hillside Park district.

Above:  An overview focused on Fairview.  Soon we will expand with more high density residential towards the water.

Below:  We also added a small park inside a block of offices.

Above:  The downtown region, focused on Sandy Shoals.

Below:  Glamour Shots.
